課程概述

指導學生熟悉基礎研究需要之實驗技術原理與方法，如Introduction to animal cell culture、FAC Scan、DNA Staining、Western blotting、Mutations screening/detection genotyping、Methods for free-radical & apotosis assay、Methods in proteomic analysis等。 

課程目標
 讓學生熟悉基礎研究需要之實驗技術原理與方法，於研讀相關書籍與期刊論文能明瞭其方法之目的，並能應用於研究論文。 
課程要求
 上課時間：每週三09:00 - 12:00基醫403 講堂【以此時間為準】
